This is the Life (green drink)

Squeeze 1/2 lemon and 1 lime. 1 banana. inch of peeled and minced ginger. tbsp. chia seed. tbsp. flax-seed meal. big juicy handful of greens/ spring mix. 2 handfuls of blueberries. 1 cup coconut milk.  1 cup of water. BLEND  Then, add small handful of spinach/arugula/raddichio blend.

peaceful warrior green drink

1/2 squeezed lemon. 1/2 can coconut milk. 1 sliced cucumber (keep skin on if organic). 1/2 pear. handful of blueberries. 7 strawberries. 1 cup almond milk. handful almonds.                   1 tablespoon of chia seeds and flax meal. BLEND WELL.  Then, 4 handfuls of baby kale.           1 cup of water. BLEND. Then 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder. BLEND.

Get that blender or ninja out that you never use. Use it every morning and begin your day treating your amazing body with delicious ingredients.

Positive side effects to eating well  and alkaline include:

Better mood. More stamina and energy. Better bowel function. Sleep sounder. Enhanced gratitude. Taste buds and scent glands enriched. Feeling of lightness.You will become more in tune with your inner being. Less doctor and dentist visits. Less needed medication. Clearer mind. No disease. grateful morning shake

In professional ninja, throw in 1/2 avocado. squeeze 1 lime. 1/2 grapefruit. 1 cucumber.     big handful of chopped kale. 2 tbsp of flax meal. 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds. BLEND WELL (15 sec.)  Then add 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Handful pineapple. Handful salad greens. BLEND WELL . Inch of ginger peeled and cut. 4 shakes of cinnamon. 3/4 water. BLEND WELL

I am beauty (green drink)

1 banana. 1 lime. 1/2 can coconut milk. 1/2 cup hemp milk. 1 cup water. 3 shakes of cinnamon. 1 inch peeled ginger. 2 large hand fulls of greens (your pick). 1 hand full of kale. B L E N D  W E L L … then, 1/2 grapefruit. 1/2 avocado. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. hand full of sprouted almonds. hand full chopped broccoli. B L E N D W E L L …

This will give you about 2-4 drinks depending on your hunger.

I use a ninja to blend. And, I chew my drink too (gets the amino acids fired up)
